Samantha Streletsky has a diverse range of work experience. Samantha started their career as an Open Hearth Afterschool Teacher and Paraeducator at Waitsfield Elementary School. Samantha also worked at Waitsfield Elementary School as an Instructional Assistant and Preschool Teacher. Samantha then moved on to work as a Ski Instructor at Sugarbush Resort, where they focused on coaching skiing and ensuring backcountry safety. Samantha also gained experience as a Ski Instructor and Classroom Substitute at Mountain River School. Samantha later worked as a Camp Counselor and Nature & Ecology Teacher at Camp Granite Lake, where they were responsible for teaching nature and ecology lessons and assisting with various camp activities. Samantha also worked as a Ski & Snowboard Instructor at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area. Samantha's experience in coaching continued as they worked as an Alpine Ski Racing Coach at Summit Middle School and as an Alpine Racing Coach and Head Coach of Ski Racing Development at Team Summit Colorado. Samantha then became a Mountain Bike Guide at Colorado Adventure Guides. Currently, Samantha is employed at The Cycle Effect, where they serve as a (re)cycle coordinator, summit county team coordinator, and Coach for Mountain Biking. Their responsibilities include coordinating bike repairs, donations, and partner shops to build the (re)cycle program and empower young women through mountain biking.

Samantha Streletsky has a diverse education history. In 2011, they attended the University of Vermont, studying Environmental Studies. From 2012 to 2015, they pursued Elementary Education and Teaching at the Community College of Vermont. In 2016 and 2017, Samantha focused on Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) at the Front Range Community College Larimer Campus. During their educational journey, they also obtained a Firefighter Level 1 certification from the Vermont Fire Academy. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, including Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid from Desert Mountain Medicine in September 2022 and CPR and First Aid from the American Red Cross in February 2014. Furthermore, Samantha has certifications in Avalanche Level 1, EMT Basic, Level 2, National Firefighter 1, PSIA Level 1- Alpine Skiing, and USSA Level 100: Alpine, although the details of their acquisition are not provided.
