Victor Baptista is an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in collision operations and management. Since April 2019, Victor has been serving as the Director of Collision Operations at Team Toyota Auto Group. Prior to this role, Victor managed operations at Tri County Collision Center from September 2014 to April 2019. Victor's career in the automotive industry began as an auto damage appraiser at GEICO, where employment lasted from September 2011 to September 2014.
