Kapildev G has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kapildev began their professional journey as a System Analyst at Mani India Technologies in 2007 and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they briefly served as a Business Development Executive at Interlace India Private Limited before moving on to work as a Freelance Consultant for a stealth mode startup company for a few months.

In 2010, Kapildev took a significant step in their career by co-founding Team Tweaks Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they assumed the role of Co-Founder and CEO. Team Tweaks is a prominent mobile app development company that offers cutting-edge software products and IoT solutions to clients worldwide. Kapildev played a pivotal role in building the company's success, employing a skilled team of over 100 professionals and establishing long-term client relationships.

In 2014, Kapildev joined Casperon Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Director, bringing their expertise in IoT, web, and mobile app technologies. Their role included managing projects, transforming companies into successful firms, and overseeing the Learning & Development Department. Kapildev also demonstrated proficiency in quality assurance, user acceptance, software testing, requirement analysis, project management, and outsourcing.

In 2019, Kapildev ventured into entrepreneurship once again and founded Dev Beetech India Pvt Ltd.

Throughout their career, Kapildev has exhibited a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a wealth of knowledge in the IT industry, and a focus on customer relationships and negotiations.

Kapildev G completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Rose Mary Matric Hr. Sec School in Tirunelveli, where they pursued the Science stream. Following that, from 2002 to 2006, they enrolled at Anna University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Instrumentation. In 2021, they also received the certification of being a finalist in Eureka, an event organized by E-Cell at IIT Bombay.
