David Murphy

David Murphy is an experienced project manager and estimator with a focus on electrical acceptance and maintenance testing projects at Utilities Instrumentation Service, Inc. since October 2015. Prior to this role, David served as a project manager at Hopp Electric from August 2012 to September 2015 and held the position of asset supervisor and program manager at the University of Michigan from September 2008 to August 2012.
