Carlos Oliveira

Carlos Oliveira is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Partner and CEO at Tapps Ventures since August 2017, focusing on startups in gaming, media, and entertainment. Additionally, Carlos holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer at both Team Upp and Venturion, and has been the Founder and Board Member at Speciale Lavanderias since May 2002, overseeing a family retail business with multiple locations in São Paulo. Carlos's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Vice President and Board Advisor at The Latin American Company, Chairman of the Board & Chief People Officer at Tapps Games, and prior leadership positions in various organizations, including Startup Capital and Endesa. Carlos's educational background consists of an MBA from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
