Budd Blackburn is the owner and founder of Team Velocity, as well as the owner of Happy Kia. Budd also served as the President of Level 5 Advertising, where Budd revolutionized the RV, Power sports, and Marine industries with cutting-edge technology. Earlier in their career, Budd worked as the Central Region CRM Director at Reynolds&Reynolds and as a Catalyst at Half-A-Car Inc. Blackburn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Western Colorado University and has also completed the NADA Dealer Academy with a degree in Automotive Sales and Service Management.
