Krystal Adams-Macon has a background in healthcare, particularly in dialysis and patient care. Currently working as a Case Management Specialist at TEAM WELLNESS CENTER, Krystal previously held positions as a Dialysis Technician at American Renal Associates and Henry Ford Health System. Prior to that, Krystal worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at WEST OAKS VILLAGE SKILLED CARE AND SENIOR FACILTY, where Krystal found fulfillment in assisting residents with their daily activities and appointments. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling and Mental Health.

Team Wellness Center is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals by providing an array of comprehensive behavioral and physical health services in a trauma informed environment that promotes quality of life, continuous improvement, social awareness and healing. It is our goal to be the premier provider of integrated primary care and mental health services. We will accomplish this goal by maintaining high service scores while continually pursuing new and innovative business technological that will further benefit our members in support of their recovery and long term success. Since 2002, Team Wellness Center has been providing exceptional services and care to adult members with severe and chronic mental illness in Southeast Michigan. Our two clinics serve over 4750 unique members each year. We are proud of our CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation and we have held this distinction since 2003. At Team Wellness Center, we understand the importance of good mental health and quality of life. Stress, depression and severe mental illness can happen to anyone. We are proud to offer an outstanding selection of mental health care services in a variety of settings. All mental health care services, programs and groups are provided using the person centered planning process. Our individualized treatment plans are available for both short- and long-term mental health problems.
