Noa Geva

Noa is the Business Operations Manager at Team8 Health, focused on enabling the Team8 Health Foundry and portfolio companies building process.

Before joining Team8, Noa served as a Chief of Staff to the CEO in a SaaS B2B fintech start-up, playing a focal role in ensuring the smooth running of the organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives, working with the executive leadership team to develop and implement strategic business initiatives. Prior to that, she was an Operations Manager at a Single-Family Office where she oversaw the day-to-day operations and managed investment execution across various legal structures, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.

Noa began her career as a Spokesperson Team Lead in the Israeli Air force. Following that, she gained a decade of public service experience in different government agencies.

Noa is a certified Lawyer, holding a Law degree (L.L.B.) from Tel Aviv University.
