Shirly Ozer

Shirly Ozer is an experienced professional in business development and strategy, currently serving as VP of Business Development & Operations at Team8 Enterprise since February 2021, where focus is on researching problems and opportunities in the ideation process for new technology companies in cybersecurity, data, and fintech. Prior to Team8, Shirly worked at Deloitte from May 2016 to February 2021 as a Strategy Manager, contributing to complex strategy projects for governmental and public sector bodies. Additional experience includes roles as a Strategy Consultant for the Israel Ministry of Finance and as an Analyst in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Shirly Ozer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Economics, and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, earned between 2013 and 2016.
