Lia Racanelli

Lia Racanelli is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in strategic engagement and creative direction. Currently serving as Head of Creative Strategy and Engagement at ADVOC8 since April 2020, Racanelli has held various leadership roles, including Executive Strategy Director, Group Creative Director, and Creative Director within the company. Prior freelance work as Creative Director and Creative Strategist was undertaken from March 2018 to September 2020. Previous positions include Associate Creative Director, Strategy at We're Magnetic and Senior Graphic Designer at GO! EXPERIENCE DESIGN. Racanelli's career began with freelance design work and a role as Sales and Marketing Representative at CMT Agency, following a background in new business development at Omni Fitness Club. Racanelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Georgia and completed education at The Creative Circus between 2014 and 2015.
