Dave Olson

Dave Olson has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Dave is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Allegiance Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Allegiance Fundraising Group as the Chief Operating Officer from November 2018 to June 2022, where they played a key role in launching and developing a comprehensive fundraising solution. Before joining Allegiance Fundraising, Dave was the President & CEO at One to One Group from July 2017 to November 2018, and prior to that, they held the position of Senior VP/Partner at the same company from July 2006 to July 2017. One to One Group specialized in personalized marketing and utilized targeted messaging techniques. From July 2002 to July 2006, Dave served as the Director of Advancement at The Out-of-Door Academy, where they led and implemented strategic fundraising initiatives. Dave started their career at Norwich University in January 1992 as the Director of Individual & Reunion Giving and stayed there until May 2002.

Dave Olson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Norwich University between 1982 and 1986. In 2015, they enrolled in the Brewing Arts Program at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. Dave obtained a certification in Brewing Arts Program from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in October 2015.
