Hannah Wicks has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Hannah began their career as a Recreation Associate at The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, where they provided recreational activities to guests. Afterward, they worked as a Marketing Associate Intern at LOCO Sports, Inc, where they were involved in all aspects of race organization and utilized various marketing techniques. Later, they served as a Community Engagement Intern at Timberland, where they maintained the company's Path of Service program and organized the annual Earth Day event. Hannah then transitioned to the nonprofit sector, joining Member Benefits LLC as a Client Services Associate, and eventually becoming an Associate Director in the Client Services division. Hannah worked closely with clients to implement and manage the MemberCard donor loyalty program. Their most recent position was at Allegiance Group, where they served as the Group Director of Client Services. In this role, they managed over 100 clients in the Loyalty and Incentives division, providing end-to-end fundraising solutions for nonprofits.

Hannah Wicks completed their Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management & Policy at the University of New Hampshire from 2008 to 2012.
