Christian Polenz has been a member of the Management Board since 2010 and, as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), is responsible for all matters relating to customers, specifically the Dialog Center, the customer bank and marketing. In addition, all data, IT and product-related topics can be found in his department.
In addition to his training as a bank clerk, Christian Polenz completed an extra-occupational degree. He then worked for Deutsche Bank AG and Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank, among others. Christian Polenz then worked in various managerial positions at TeamBank AG and was appointed general manager in 2006.
