Hajo Hippner

Hajo Hippner has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt. Hajo then progressed to the role of Scientific Assistant before becoming a Senior Assistant Professor. In 2008, Hajo Hippner joined the University of Bayreuth as a Professor of Direct Marketing, a position they held until 2014.

Moving into the corporate sector, Hajo Hippner joined the BAUR-Gruppe in 2014, where they held several leadership positions. Hajo served as the Head of Continuous Improvement Process, Research & Development, and Innovation from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Head of Team Innovation, and in 2016, they were appointed as the Head of Department Business Engineering.

In 2016, Hajo Hippner joined Cyberport as the Head of BI & CRM. Hajo held this role until 2018 when they joined Salesforce as a Business Architect Director. Hajo'stenure at Salesforce lasted until 2019.

Currently, Hajo Hippner works at TeamBank AG, where they hold the position of Leiter BI Anforderungsmanagement since January 2020. In October 2020, they transitioned to the role of Leiter Data Science & Advanced Analytics.

Overall, Hajo Hippner has extensive experience in academia, as well as leadership roles in business intelligence, CRM, and data science.

Hajo Hippner's education history begins with a Diploma in Information Science from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, which they obtained from 1989 to 1995. Hajo then pursued a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Customer Relationship Management from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, completing it from 1995 to 2001. Later, Hajo obtained a Habilitation in Campaign Management from the same university, completing it from 2001 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Hajo Hippner has obtained several certifications. Hajo became a Salesforce Certified Administrator in December 2018. In January 2019, they obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. The institutions providing these certifications were Salesforce for all three.
