Maksym Gendin

Maksym Gendin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Maksym is currently working at TeamBank AG as a Technical Lead, responsible for enabling cross-functional product delivery teams to develop excellent software and leading them towards a common technological vision. Maksym is also involved in the cultural shift from a traditional conservative organization to a modern and agile way of working.

Prior to this, Maksym worked at PayByPhone DE, where they held the role of Tech Lead Engineering Manager for Identity & Software Platform. In this role, they had holistic responsibility for software engineering and operations in two capability teams, namely the IAM capability team and the Software platform capability team.
