Stefan Wechsler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stefan started their career in 1992 at Raiffeisenbank Katzwang eG, where they received education in banking. In 1995, they joined Raiffeisen-Volksbank Fürth eG as a Client Advisor for Capital Investments & Securities. In 1999, they became a Portfolio Manager at Independent Capital Management AG and held that role until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked at M-net Telekommunikations GmbH as a Business Management Controlling specialist. In 2003, they joined TeamBank AG as a Sales Management & Controlling professional and stayed with the company until 2013. During this time, they also served as a Dozent at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management starting in 2013. Since then, their career at TeamBank AG has continued in various roles, including Head of Marketing Consumer Communication from 2014 to 2016, Head of Marketing Planning & Monitoring from 2016 to 2019, Head of Marketing - Insights & Conversions from 2019 to the present, Change Management from 2021 to the present, and currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Journey Management - Sales.

Stefan Wechsler completed a CAS - Digital Innovation & Business Transformation program at the University of St.Gallen in 2022. Prior to that, in 2007-2008, they pursued a diploma in Bankbetriebswirt from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) from CertiProf in January 2020.
