Erbil Yaman

Erbil Yaman has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2006. Erbil began their career as a Summer ABM at Unilever in 2006, followed by a Senior Consultant role at Booz & Company in 2007. In 2010, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate and held that role until 2013, when they were promoted to Principal, Project Leader, and Senior Consultant. In 2014, they became Co-founder & Advisor at chopStory, and in 2012 they took on a Board Member role at Summer Search and a Summer Associate role at Abraaj Capital. In 2019, they worked as a People Strategy and Transformation Advisor, and in 2020 they became the CEO and Founder of Teamble and a Fellow at On Deck.

Erbil Yaman obtained their MBA from The Wharton School in 2013, where they studied Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. Prior to this, they completed their BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in 2007.
