Courtney Olson

Courtney Olson is an experienced professional in the fields of child and family services, therapy, and education. Currently serving as a County Caseworker II at Berks County Children and Youth Services since April 2017, Olson is a Certified Direct Service Worker actively engaging with families from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. In addition, Olson has been working as a Family Based Therapist at TeamCare Behavioral Health since September 2016, providing therapy and case management for families. Throughout a career that began in 2010 with various roles at the YMCA, including Summer Camp Coordinator, Swim Instructor, and Lifeguard, Olson has continually prioritized the safety and comfort of children. Previous experience includes internships with the Homeless Children's Education Fund, Fanny Edel Falk Laboratory School, and Cyert Center for Early Education, coupled with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained in 2016.
