Axel González has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Axel'sfirst position was as an Expositor for Beer Paradise from 2013 to 2016. Axel then moved to Galletas Cuétara as an Analista de Ventas, where they were responsible for the creation and definition of commercial strategies for the modern and convenience channel, as well as the preparation of reports for decision-making and the monitoring of sales progress. In 2018, they became a CPFR Walmart at Nadro S.A.P.I. de C.V. and in 2019, they joined Pfizer as a KAE Clientes Comerciales and CPFR. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager at Teamcore, where they were responsible for the management and follow-up of José Cuervo, Danone and GS1, the detection and communication of PDV opportunities, and the creation of commercial and operational strategies to obtain better OSA, Lost Sales and Sell Out indicators. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Key Account Executive Hospitales Privados at AstraZeneca.
Axel González holds a Licenciatura en Turismo from Escuela Superior de Turismo IPN, where they studied Administración de empresas de alimentos y bebidas. Axel also studied Administración y gestión de empresas, general at Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Axel also holds certifications from Colegio de Imagen Pública® for Método HABLA obtained in May 2021, from KAM COE for The 6 Essentials KAM obtained in April 2021, and from Secretaría de trabajo for Certificación como Beer Sommelier por AMEG.
