Miguel Velásquez

Miguel Velásquez is an accomplished software engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Teamcore since March 2024, where Miguel is responsible for defining and driving the technical vision and strategy for software development. Previously, from April 2021 to February 2024, Miguel held multiple leadership roles at Siigo, including Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance and Vice President of Engineering, where Miguel established the Quality Assurance department and led eight development teams. Miguel’s experience also includes significant roles at Smartmatic, BekeSantos, Daycohost, Technology Balance C.A., Cybernetix Servicios de Venezuela C.A, and Qualitex, where Miguel contributed to various software development initiatives, architecture design, and systems migration projects. Miguel holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta.
