Ilijana Aćimović

Ilijana Aćimović has a diverse work experience. From 2021 to present, they serve as the Hiring Manager at Teamcubate, where they negotiate contracts with clients and new employees, manages contracts with third-party recruiting firms, and mentors talent sourcers. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Officer at Teamcubate, managing the recruitment process, collaborating with start-up companies, and building relationships with candidates. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at ManpowerGroup Serbia as an IT Talent Acquisition Consultant and Professional Placement Consultant, conducting recruitment and selection processes and attracting candidates through direct search. Ilijana also has experience as an HR Intern at Sitel in 2018. Additionally, they worked as a self-employed English/Spanish Tutor and Freelance Translator from 2013 to 2019, an English Second Language Instructor at Eduko Konsalting d.o.o. in 2018, and an English and Spanish Instructor at Spell School of Foreign Languages from 2016 to 2018.

Ilijana Aćimović obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language, Literature and Culture from the University of Belgrade, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Interviewing Techniques, Overcoming Cognitive Bias, Scrum: Advanced, What Is Scrum?, Decoding Body Language, Recruiting Foundations, Talent Sourcing, and Technical Recruiting. These certifications were obtained between July and September 2020.
