Baley Schott, FPC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.
In 2014, Baley started working as a Client Services Representative at Business Wire, where they stayed until 2016.
From there, Baley joined Ultimate Software in 2016 as a Customer Success Specialist, and later transitioned to the role of Account Manager- Core Specialist. They then moved up to become a Lead Account Manager and ultimately a Lead Account Manager II before leaving in 2020.
In 2020, Baley joined UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Senior Lead Account Manager, where they worked until 2021.
Currently, Baley is employed at TeamDynamix as a Customer Success Manager, starting their role in December 2021.
Baley Schott, FPC obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from East Carolina University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association in April 2017.
