Kathleen Yanolatos

Kathleen Yanolatos has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as SVP of Technology at Exos since November 2021, overseeing Product, Design, Data, Engineering, IT, and Security. Prior to Exos, Kathleen held several positions in different organizations, including Head of Engineering at WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and Senior Director of Product Engineering at Aaptiv. Kathleen has also served as SVP of Product and Engineering, leading teams in product, design, engineering, and data. Kathleen's career includes significant roles at Betterment, where engineering for the 401(k) business line was developed, and TheLadders, contributing to streamline processes and enhance technology solutions. Kathleen holds a BA in Computer Science from Boston University and completed education at General Assembly.
