Kurt Baughn

Kurt Baughn serves as a Sr. Performance Manager at Exos since January 2021, overseeing Service Delivery operations across multiple Bay Area campuses for the Exos@Google account and acting as the onboarding ambassador for new hires. Previous roles at Exos include Performance Manager, where Kurt developed onboarding protocols for the global Service Delivery team. Before joining Exos, Kurt was a Master Instructor at Equinox, contributing to the education of personal trainers, and held the position of Personal Training Manager and Fitness Manager, focusing on operational excellence and team development. Kurt's extensive background also includes coaching positions at Dominican University, Solano Community College, and various fitness management roles at 24 Hour Fitness, Velocity Sports Performance, and other institutions. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Gies College of Business, Kurt holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University.
