Monica Ramirez

Monica Ramirez is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in aquatic and land group exercise instruction, holding multiple certifications in Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Pilates, and other fitness modalities. Currently serving as a Bridge Instructor and Pilates instructor at EXOS|MediFit since June 2024, Monica has also been involved with EXOS and the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City since 2011, directing various programs aimed at special and orthopedic populations, as well as active older adults. Educationally, Monica holds a Doctor of Dentistry and Surgery (DDS) degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. With a focus on creating engaging and effective fitness programs, Monica has a proven track record of helping clients improve their physical well-being through tailored, fun, and inclusive workout experiences.
