TeamFill is a smart video interview platform for candidate screening and shortlisting. It is a SaaS tool which can help hiring managers create and automate interview process and receive an automatically generated candidate shortlist. How does it work? Step 1: Creating Interview Questions. AI will generate questions that are relevant to the position being filled. Recruiters or hiring managers can change interview questions later depending on the organization's hiring needs. Step 2: Async Video Interviews. Candidates will record their responses to the interview questions using their computer's camera or mobile device, at a time convenient to them. Step 3: AI Analysis of Responses & Candidate Shortlist AI will analyze, summarize, and score the candidates' responses. A shortlist will be created based on candidate fit for the job.
