At Mentally Friendly, Eugene established and directed the Organisational Design practice, partnering with C-level executives to foster effective leadership. Eugene also served as Managing Partner at Holler Australia, SVP of Strategy & Analytics at Firstborn Multimedia, and held strategic roles at Dentsu Aegis Network and Pencils of Promise, among others. Educational background includes a B.S. in Economics and Managerial Studies from Vanderbilt University.
