Eugene Chung

Eugene Chung currently serves as a Product Evangelist and Coach at TeamForm and as an Ambassador for Good Design Australia. Previously, Eugene held various roles at Atlassian, including Team Coach Lead and R&D Team Coach, where responsibilities included leading design and development strategies, managing a team of coaches, and promoting internal practices to enhance team effectiveness. At Mentally Friendly, Eugene established and directed the Organisational Design practice, partnering with C-level executives to foster effective leadership. Eugene also served as Managing Partner at Holler Australia, SVP of Strategy & Analytics at Firstborn Multimedia, and held strategic roles at Dentsu Aegis Network and Pencils of Promise, among others. Educational background includes a B.S. in Economics and Managerial Studies from Vanderbilt University.
