Jillya van Den Biggelaar

Jillya van den Biggelaar is a Bodemonderzoeker at Voedselboskabouters since May 2023, focusing on soil expertise, practical fieldwork, worm research, and marketing/social media. Currently serving as a Junior specialist in nitrogen permits and ecological fieldworker at Teamgenoten Overheidsprofessionals since July 2022, Jillya is responsible for compiling reports for permit applications, including AERIUS calculations, and conducting ecological surveys. Jillya also completed an internship specializing in research and development, producing advisory reports related to nitrogen issues and environmental legislation. Previous roles include working as a caregiver in dementia care at Vivent and a researcher in sustainability at Vermeer Duurzame Diensten, along with various fieldwork and junior advisory positions impacting environmental practices. Jillya is pursuing a degree in Environmental Science at HAS green academy, expected to graduate in March 2024.
