Richard Armstrong

Richard Armstrong, CSP, has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as a Sr. Regional HSE Manager at TEAM, Inc. since November 2015. In this role, Richard is a key member of the Regional Leadership teams, responsible for implementing safety initiatives that align with corporate objectives and supervising three Regional Safety Coordinators. Richard's prior positions include Regional HSE Manager for the Mid-Con/East Regions at TEAM Tank Consultants and Central Division Safety Manager, emphasizing skills in safety program oversight. Earlier experience includes serving as Safety Director at TCI Services, Inc., where Richard managed the entire Safety Program, as well as roles at Dal-Tile and Dana Holding Corporation. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a focus on Safety Management and Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University and an Associate of Science degree in Safety Management from Texas State Technical College-Marshall.
