Femke De Vleeschouwer

Femke De Vleeschouwer currently serves as the VP of People at Teamleader, a position held since June 2016, where responsibilities include HR partnership for commercial departments, talent acquisition, HR process optimization, and employee engagement, among others. Prior roles at Teamleader include Head of HR and HR Business Partner. Femke's career also encompasses experience as an International Recruiter, Business Analyst-Recruiter at Mercuri Urval, and various trainee positions in HR at Telenet and Hays Accountancy & Finance. Femke holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Psychology from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
