Alaka Chanda Dhawan

Alaka Chanda Dhawan has extensive experience in corporate governance, serving in various roles related to company secretarial and compliance functions. Currently, Alaka holds the position of Group Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at TeamLease Services Limited, a role held since October 2018. Prior to this, Alaka worked as Company Secretary at Biocon and Narayana Health, and served as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at ADARSH GROUP. Alaka's career began with a management trainee position in secretarial functions at GMR Group. Alaka holds a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Master in Business Laws (MBL) from the National Law School of India University.
