Brendan Cosgrove

Brendan Cosgrove has over 24 years of work experience in various roles related to IT services, product management, and marketing. Brendan currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at TeamLogicIT since January 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President at TeamLogicIT from August 2017.

Before joining TeamLogicIT, Brendan worked at TechMD as the Head of Product Management from January 2015 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for IT strategy, budgeting, emerging technology research, inside sales goals, new product focus, and managing technical staff and vendors. Brendan also provided IT audit support to meet compliance requirements.

From January 2014 to January 2015, Brendan worked at Zimbra (Now Verint) as the Director of Product Management and Product Marketing. Their responsibilities included managing the Zimbra product line, conducting market research, and specifying market requirements for current and future products.

Prior to Zimbra, Brendan held the position of Director of Product Marketing - Global Social Media and Community at Kaseya from December 2009 to January 2014. In this role, they led global social marketing, community efforts, and played various roles related to marketing, customer service, sales, corporate strategy, and product management.

Brendan also has experience working as a Director of Customer Engagement at Golden Eye Dealership Solutions, Inc. and as a Director of IT Services at inhouseIT. At Golden Eye Dealership Solutions, Inc., they worked from October 2008 to November 2009. At inhouseIT, they worked from April 2001 to September 2007, where they championed a team of field consultants, developed a team-based model for managed services, and led sales and product development for managed security service offerings.

Earlier in their career, Brendan worked as a Channel Program Manager at Spam Soap, Inc. from May 2004 to August 2005, and as a Systems Engineer at First American Trust from May 1995 to March 2001. At First American Trust, they supported desktops and servers across multiple locations and led Y2K remediation efforts on Windows systems.

Brendan Cosgrove completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Westmont College from 1995 to 1998. In addition, they obtained a certification in PMC III from Pragmatic Marketing in June 2014.
