Joe Aloi

Joe Aloi has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Joe is currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at TeamLogicIT, where they focus on leveraging technology to support user devices, servers, virtualization, cloud computing, and IT optimization. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at KeyHR and a Regional Program Manager at Insured Solutions, Inc. Joe also served as a Regional Sales Director at Abel HR Services, a Benefits & PEO Sales Consultant at Oasis Outsourcing, and the Director of Lloyd IT at Lloyd Staffing. Joe has experience in various software niches, including IT managed services, CRM/business intelligence, cloud technology, SaaS, virtualization, data storage, and web content management systems. Joe has also held sales positions at mindSHIFT Technologies, All Covered, Inc., and Infor, where they were a Senior Account Executive responsible for managing accounts and achieving sales targets. Joe began their career as a Guest Relations Manager at Walt Disney World.

Joe Aloi has a strong education background in both business and leadership. Joe obtained their MBA in Organizational Leadership from St. Joseph's University in New York, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 1993 to 1996, focusing on Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry. Joe's earlier education includes graduating from Commack High School in 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Joe Aloi has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Joe obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in March 2020. Joe also earned the Property and Casualty Insurance Broker certification from the New York State Department of Financial Services in January 2020. Furthermore, Joe holds the Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certified (LGBC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, acquired in 2016.
