IT Support Technician at TeamLogic IT

Rigoberto Matias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rigoberto started their career in 2012 as an Order Puller at LA & SF Specialty, where they focused on ensuring timely delivery and maximizing customer satisfaction. In 2013, they became a Driver Merchandiser at Bakery Street Inc., delivering products to COSTCO stores and managing inventory.

In 2014, Rigoberto transitioned to Apria Healthcare as a Driver Technician, responsible for the secure and timely delivery of medical equipment to various locations. Rigoberto also provided training and instruction to patients on respiratory therapy equipment.

From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Drobo, Inc. in two roles. As an IT Intern, they analyzed Active Directory user accounts, performed system installations/upgrades, and provided technical support for Windows and Mac OS devices. Rigoberto then became an IT Administrator, managing servers, workstations, network applications, and Active Directory/LDAP. Rigoberto also conducted security risk analysis for AD user accounts.

Most recently, Rigoberto joined Performant Corp in 2018 as a Network & PC Specialist II. Their responsibilities included diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues, maintaining hardware and software inventory, and providing support for internal infrastructure.

Currently, Rigoberto is working at TeamLogicIT as an IT Support Technician, starting in 2022.

Rigoberto Matias' education history includes earning an Associate of Science degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from the College of Alameda between 2011 and 2015. Later, they pursued further education and obtained an Associate of Science degree in AS - Cyber Security/Infrastructure from Merritt College between 2015 and 2017.
