Audrey Watson

Audrey Watson is an experienced professional in the field of community support and mentoring. Currently serving as a Match Support Specialist and PBIS Specialist at TeamMates Mentoring Program since September 2016, Audrey has developed expertise in fostering positive relationships and supporting youth. Prior to this, Audrey worked as a Community Resource Navigator at Family Connections, INC from August 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities included assisting the Council Bluffs Community School District in connecting families with essential resources such as housing and counseling. Additionally, Audrey completed an internship as a Family Partner I at Owens & Associates in 2012, focusing on supervised visitation for families involved with DHHS. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Child Youth and Family Studies, and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned from 2009 to 2013.
