Florent de Gantès

Florent de Gantès serves as SVP of New Ventures at DECATHLON PULSE, focusing on supporting entrepreneurs and startups to scale businesses. As a Board Director and Founding LP & GP at Teampact.ventures, Florent contributes to building a portfolio that fosters Climate and Health entrepreneurs. As a Founding Partner at Tremplin Capital, Florent created an innovative early-stage fund emphasizing high-impact and diversity. Other investment roles include involvement with Alltold, Excurio, Furrl, and Kanna Health. With a background in product leadership coaching, Florent has also co-founded and led startups, notably as CEO of Osaka at Founders Factory. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer at Inato. Florent holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and multiple master’s degrees in mobile communications, computer science, and mathematics.
