Ed Andrews

Ed Andrews has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ed started their career as an Engineering Systems Engineer at EDS in 1995 and later worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Manager of Information Technology at Crosswinds Communities. Ed then joined Austin Benefits Group as the Director of IT and Business Processes in 2008 and held that role until 2015. Following that, Ed served as an IT Consultant/Owner at Strategic Systems Consulting, providing IT consulting and services to various businesses. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Zoup! Eatery, initially as a Director of Technology and then as the Chief Technology Officer, where they implemented various digital solutions and transformed the support office to a hybrid and remote workforce. Ed then moved on to MOOYAH Burgers Fries and Shakes as the Vice President of Technology and Gala Capital Partners as the Vice President of Technology before joining TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants in 2023 as the Vice President of Information Technology. Throughout their career, Ed has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and technical expertise in managing technology systems, vendors, and support teams in the restaurant industry.

From 1990 to 1995, Ed Andrews attended the University of Michigan College of Engineering, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering.
