Sheila Stafford

Sheila Stafford's work experience includes several roles in various companies.

Sheila has been the CEO of TeamSense since 2020. TeamSense is a text-based digital platform that enhances productivity and connection with hourly workers.

Sheila is also a member of the Forbes Business Council, starting in 2021.

In 2020, Sheila joined the #HIREBLACK Initiative as an ally ready to mentor.

Previously, from 2020 to 2022, Sheila worked at Fortive as the Director of Fortive Innovation Studio.

Before that, Sheila was the General Manager of Industrial Imaging at Fluke Corporation, a Fortive Company, from 2019 to 2020. Sheila was responsible for the success of the Industrial Imaging business unit.

From 2009 to 2019, Sheila worked at Whirlpool Corporation in various roles, including Director of Product Development, PMO Supply Chain Integration, Innovation & New Business Development Senior Manager, Innovation & New Business Development Manager, Category Manager, and Sales Manager.

Sheila also has experience as the CEO/Founder of MedXCycle from 2008 to 2009.

Sheila'searliest work experience was at General Motors from 2004 to 2007, where they served as a Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for converting an existing assembly plant and managing the specification, supplier selection, planning, budget, and final engineering sign off.

Sheila Stafford obtained a BSE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, where they were enrolled from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2007 to 2009.
