Alecia Dembowski

Alecia Dembowski is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Leader of People Operations & People Partner at Teamshares, where a transition from a PEO model to a self-insured HR infrastructure has been spearheaded. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Grand Junction, managing HR functions for over 1,000 employees and fostering strategic hiring practices. Alecia has also held positions at Colorado Mesa University, including Director of Career Services and Records Manager, alongside earlier roles at Mesa County Partners as a Recruiter & Case Manager and Program Manager. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Mesa University.
