John Boyan

John Boyan possesses a robust background in leadership and consulting, currently serving in the Capital Markets and Financial Performance roles at Teamshares since March 2024. Prior to this, John held the position of President at Borealis Breads, which specializes in artisan sourdough breads and is employee-owned through Teamshares, from November 2022 to February 2025. Additionally, John was President of Sam’s Italian Foods, also employee-owned through Teamshares, from February 2022 to March 2024. John’s earlier experience includes roles in the Transactions Team at Teamshares and various consulting positions at Boston Consulting Group, as well as data management and operational roles at Y2Y Harvard Square and Harvard Student Agencies. John holds a degree from Harvard University, having attended from 2013 to 2017, following education at Saint Mary's Hall High School.
