Melissa Collova

Melissa Collova has a wealth of experience in various technical roles. Melissa is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at TeamSnap since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Technical Engineering Director at NBC Sports Next from July 2021 to November 2021. Melissa also had a long tenure at SportsEngine where they held multiple positions such as QA Manager, Lead QA Engineer, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst II, Client Services Manager, and Application Support Specialist from 2009 to 2021. Before joining SportsEngine, they served as a Supervisor at Curtis 1000 - Promotional Products Division where they played a key role in building and training teams. Their early work experience includes being a Data Services Representative at Kroll Ontrack, where they managed sales cycles and built corporate relationships.

Melissa Collova holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Agile Testing from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education. Additionally, in April 2017, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance.
