Buddy Garrigus

Buddy Garrigus has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Tier II TECH Field Engineer at TEAMSOS, where they provided support for the Microsoft team and worked on triage queue to support clients. Prior to that, they worked as a PSAP Technician at Global Blue DVBE, where they were certified on Intrado's Viper 911 systems and provided services at 911 mission critical facilities throughout Northern California. Buddy also served as an IT manager, maintaining office network, computers, and printers. Before that, Buddy worked as a Site Lead Manager at Providence Technology Group, overseeing the construction of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) for a state prison project. Buddy also worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at ECOM Engineering, where they designed telecommunications and IT systems for various sectors. Buddy has additional experience as an ITS Manager at Atazz Technical Services and Pro-Tech Industries, where they managed network needs, cabling teams, and cable infrastructures. Buddy also worked as a Network Design Engineer at Point-to-Point Connections, engineering cable infrastructures and serving as a construction manager. Earlier in their career, Buddy was an Executive Vice President at Function Data, responsible for sales, technical staff, and administrative staff. Buddy also worked as a Computer Equipment Technician at Shasta County Information Systems Department, where they assisted with Y2K upgrades and computer maintenance. Buddy started their own computer services company, Function One, where they performed computer repairs and upgrades and provided software and hardware training to customers.

Buddy Garrigus obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2002, they received the CompTIA A certification from CompTIA. Later, in 2006, Buddy Garrigus obtained the CompTIA Network certification from the same institution. Finally, in December 2013, they obtained an Installation Certification from Intrado.
