Chloe Starkey

Chloe Starkey (Miller), MAOL, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Specialist and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Sparq since January 2022. Prior to this, Chloe held multiple roles at YWCA Northeast Indiana, including Human Resources Coordinator, Administrative Services Coordinator, and Office Coordinator from October 2020 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, Chloe worked at Manchester University as Operations and Communication Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from February 2018 to October 2020. Chloe holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Huntington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington.
