Holmes

Cathleen Holmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client partnership and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Client Partner at Sparq since July 2024, Holmes previously held the position of Principal at evolv consulting from October 2022 to June 2024. A long tenure at Slalom from September 2011 to October 2022 included roles such as Senior Director, Director, Practice Area Lead, and Principal Consultant. Prior experience encompasses managerial roles at 7-Eleven and consulting positions at Oracle, Hitachi Consulting, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where Holmes focused on Oracle ERP practices and project delivery across various industries including government, manufacturing, and retail. Holmes holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and English from New York University, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
