Susan Penfield

Susan Penfield has extensive experience in technology and engineering leadership, currently serving as a member of the board for Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, Sparq, Northern Virginia Technology Council, and American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. Since May 1994, Susan has held various executive roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, including Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Innovation Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Buhler Associates Inc., where technology consulting services were provided to multiple science-based clients. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lock Haven University and has furthered education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
