Margaux Faure

Margaux Faure is a professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and organizational development. Currently serving as Chargée de développement des ressources humaines at Teamstarter since February 2023, Margaux manages daily HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and performance tracking, while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and optimizing work conditions. Prior to this role, Margaux worked as Tech Talents Manager at Fifty Talents from October 2022 to January 2023, specializing in IT recruitment for Parisian start-ups and scale-ups. Additionally, Margaux was responsible for major accounts and served as the right-hand to the CEO at Payapâte from October 2020 to October 2022, facilitating ecological transitions for the hospitality sector. Margaux holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from OMNES Education, completed in 2022.
