The name Teamster literally means a “driver of a team of horses used for haulage”. The metaphor, of course, is that we drive our customers' projects forward using all the commitment and know-how we have built up since the company's inception in 1978.

Since that time we have created a corporate culture characterised by a strong team spirit, scope for personal development, and the freedom to take on individual responsibility. In addition to our vast body of expertise and creativity, our corporate culture has been one of the cornerstones of our success. And that's the way it will continue to be in the future.
