Jonathan Lapinsky is a seasoned technology and product management leader with extensive experience in overseeing product, engineering, and design teams. Currently serving as VP of Product and Engineering at TeamSupport since May 2022, Jonathan holds chief responsibility for global operations, managing a budget of $5.1 million and leading a team of over 15 direct reports. Previously, as Head of Product and Engineering at Central Garden & Pet, Jonathan played a pivotal role in business transformation for a $90 million e-commerce startup. Jonathan's expertise includes directing the development of B2B e-commerce products at The Home Depot, and managing SaaS solutions at Unum. Jonathan also has a strong background in product marketing from tenure at PulteGroup. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication from Lee University.
