Sharon Pierce

Sharon Pierce is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at TeamSupport since February 2022, Sharon previously held the role of Senior People Manager at Argano and served as Director of People & Culture at Korbyt. With a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, engagement, and performance management, Sharon has managed human resources initiatives across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including overseeing changes during multiple acquisitions. Early career experience includes roles as Payroll Administrator at Guardian Healthcare and Director of Administration at Crème de la Creme Private Preschool, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
