Alessio Botta

Alessio Botta is the Group Transformation & Value Creation Director at TeamSystem, where they are responsible for governance support, value creation projects, PMM, and cross-functional coordination. An expert in strategic planning, digital transformations, and large-scale innovation programs, Alessio previously served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the Mediterranean Hub for McKinsey Digital and co-leading global payments activities. With a rich background that includes experience as a software developer and a senior lecturer, Alessio also contributes to the IMT Lucca Students and Alumni Association as a member of the Executive Committee. They earned multiple degrees, including a PhD, from the Università di Pisa from 2005 to 2008.
